How to Choose Catering for a Corporate Lunch in Pittsburgh

A good corporate lunch does three things: it arrives on time, it feeds everyone including the people with dietary needs, and it does not make the office messy. Most of the planning happens before the food is ordered.

Start with timing and headcount

Decide the time the food should be ready, not the time it should arrive. Lunch for a team that eats at noon usually works best when it is set out by 11:45, so people are not waiting in a line that has not started. Give the caterer a firm headcount and a small buffer for guests who join last minute.

Choose food that holds up

Some foods are better than others when they sit on a buffet for an hour. Wraps, bowls over Lebanese rice, and dips with pita are easy to serve and stay good. Our falafel, hummus, and baba ganoush are built for shared spreads, which makes them a practical choice for a long lunch.

Cover every dietary need

Ask the team before you order. Our catering menu includes hand-stacked halal chicken shawarma, gluten-free vegan falafel, and house-made hummus and baba ganoush, so most offices can be covered with one order. Label the dishes on the buffet so guests do not have to ask.

Book early and choose delivery or pickup

For large orders we ask for at least 24 to 48 hours notice to make sure we have the food ready. Pickup is always free. For orders over $200, we deliver within a 10-mile radius. Pick whichever is easier for your office, and send your inquiry through our catering page.
